Shipping Origin

All of our jewelry pieces are shipped directly from our studio in London, United Kingdom.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2
  business days.
• Orders placed on Friday after 5pm will be
  processed for dispatch on Monday.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional sales.

Estimated Delivery Times

• UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. M’Ora Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once they are handed over to the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the courier using the tracking number provided. We are happy to assist in resolving such issues when possible.

Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you. You will have the option to:

• Request reshipment (shipping costs apply)
• Receive a refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
