Shipping Origin

All of our jewelry pieces are shipped directly from our studio in London, United Kingdom.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information, so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping to most international destinations. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2
    business days.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 5pm will be
    processed for dispatch on Monday.

Please note that processing times may be
extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or promotional sales.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays or other factors beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered
correctly at checkout. M’Ora Jewelry is not responsible for orders
shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we
are not liable for lost or delayed shipments once they are handed over to the
carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the courier using
the tracking number provided. We are happy to assist in resolving such issues
when possible.

Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to being
unclaimed or undeliverable, we will notify you. You will have the option to:

  • Request reshipment (shipping costs apply)
  • Receive a refund (original shipping fees are non-refundable)

Final Sale Items

All items marked as Final Sale or purchased during a sitewide promotion or sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure you thoroughly review your order before completing your purchase.

Earrings – Non-Returnable

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unworn. We appreciate your understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Policy (Rings & Sized Pieces)

We understand that choosing the right size can sometimes be tricky, especially for rings and other sized jewelry. That’s why we offer an exchange option for these items when sizing isn’t quite right.

Eligibility for Exchange
  • rings and other sized pieces (e.g., bracelets with sizing options).
  • unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
  • 14 days of delivery.
  • clear photo of the item before sending it back for exchange.

Shipping Responsibility

  • customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • tracked shipping service.
  • M’Ora Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit.
  • As a gesture of goodwill, M’Ora Jewelry will cover the cost of reshipping the exchanged item back to you.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@mora-jewelry.com with:

  • order number
  • item and size you originally purchased
  • new size you'd like

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm your new size request and dispatch your replacement within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.

If the size you require is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or refund (excluding original shipping fees) as an alternative.
